Due to a power steering issue with my car, I had to reschedule my first appt at the last minute and the Liverpool office was extremely understanding and accommodating! I was given a new appt at an even more convenient location in Dewitt. From walking in the door and being warmly greeted by the woman at the booth, I was given clear instructions of where to go and how to check in.
