Dr. Gerondale has been instrumental in the treatment of my psoriasis. He is kind, well mannered, and never takes himself too seriously. Most importantly, he is a thoughtful and proficient doctor.
Dr. Dapprich is the most caring and protective doctor I have met in a long time. I came to him with a diagnosis of Melanoma Insitu. He took the diagnosis very seriously and is very cautious when it comes to my care. He also is now seeing my child, and has been very very good with her. Could not recommend a better doctor. I trust him with my care and my child's.
He performed the Mohs procedure on me in 2011 and I am going to him for the same procedure again this year. I have a high level of confidence in him and would recommend him to anyone for this complicated procedure.
Excellent appointment ...staff friendly, caring and professional; waiting time minimum. Dr. reassuring, yet cautious ... could not ask for anything more.
Very arrogant !! Poor communication. My husband has a terrible infection and Miner leaves the room and let's his over-worked PA handle it. I would NEVER recommend him. Stay clear of him.
This practice is far too reliant on PA's. Recently in for annual skin "inspection" and two areas scraped for biopsy. When I received no follow-up call, I contacted office. Response was "nothing yet, call back next week". Repeated two times. I suspect they lost results. Scheduled with a different practice and the dermatologist immediately biopsied an area on my face. Result: surgery to remove squamous cell carcinoma next week. And this on an area Miner's PA did not even notice!
Dr. Miner and his staff are amazing. I had to have a large spot removed from my cheek, and even though he runs a very busy practice, I never felt rushed or like I wasn't a priority. Even after completing thousands of these procedures, Dr. Miner is caring and compassionate and makes sure the job is done with as little long term effect as possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Arrogant doctor with no bedside manner. Everyone I dealt with here was rude and dismissive. Lay on a table waiting for the doctor for 20 minutes, very uncomfortable with advanced arthritis, was never asked if I was comfortable, and then was berated because I fidgeted a little. Was not told ahead of time to brace myself for about twenty shots in the face and over thirty stitches, it would have been nice to be prepared for what was to come. Terrible way to treat people, shame on this practice.
Appeared well educated and proficient in his diagnosis and treatment. Comfortable at all times. Was referred to by Dr. Robert J. Lamberts. Located in the same building. Dr Miner is one of a few Drs. the use the MOSE procedure. Very satisfied.
