Recommended for Anyone – I would recommend this attorney for anyone. He is a very down to earth attorney and won every case I had with him. His office is not one of those snooty offices that turn their nose at you. That's just another reason why I like him, He was very good in the courtroom and helped me win custody of my daughter. He also handled a personal injury case for me 2 years ago and ensured that it went smoothly.

Carrollton's WORST Attorney and associates,PC – April 1,2011, I went into the office of Daniel M. Barnes upset and "Taken for a ride" and not on his motorcycle either. Was redirected to one of his Minions...Tony Hughes an associate..not even an attorney. Worst Attorney's Office Ever!!! – This has got to be the worst attorney's office ever! The only thing they have going for them is that their cheaper than the "good attorney's". I needed help with a divorce and all I got was empty pockets and a headache. I called many times requesting to speak to my attorney only to be told to leave a message and he'd call me back. E-Man413 – Very unprofessional, had us come in on a Saturday while she had her husband and kids at the office. The kids ran around the office while her and her husband argued in front of us and some other clients she had kept waiting. I was in a car wreck with my girlfriend and told to go to a doctor that they do business with to buff up our cases, when we did, we were told that the case wasn't worth anything because of minimal property damage. Great Personal Injury Attorney – I went to Mr. Barnes when I was injured by an 18 wheeler, His office staff helped me to make sure that I got good treatment, they made sure that my property damage was taken care of, and in the end his asssistant called me made sure she had all the bills. I would recommend his office to anyone with a serious injury. I was hoping that my case would settle sooner but I did not realize that I had to finish with all my doctors before I could settle.
