When I went for an initial consultation, Dr. Kim made assumptions about me as a person based on my weight. I am obese, but very active. He made sure to go over everything that could possibly go wrong with the surgery (spine fusion). When he finished I asked him, if it were him needing the spinal surgery. if he would do it as it sounded like I would die on the table. He said, that wasn't what he was saying. My mom was a patient of Dr Kim’s two years ago. She relocated to a different state and needed documentation from Dr. Kim’s office for an MRI at the last minute. Jo, the receptionist was extremely helpful in locating the needed information and faxed it over to us so quickly. She was very efficient and professional. We appreciate her help very much.
