We had a heck of a situation: we needed to quickly sell a house fairly far from our home. (My mother-in-law had died.) Danica was *amazing*. She helpful, kind, thoughtful, and very hard working. She staged the house beautifully and sold it quickly for an excellent price. Most importantly, she lifted some of the burden at a very stressful time, and she did it with grace and kindness. Highest recommendations!

Danica was so helpful with the selling of our first home and purchase of our second. We had a large wishlist to fulfill and she was so happy to help us find the home that was just right for our family. Her dedication, patience and expertise are why she will always be my first recommendation for a realtor! Thank you Danica!

Danica was absolutely wonderful to work with on the sale of my home. Danica and her team helped me get my house ready for sale. My home was listed and sold and I purchased a new home as well. Danica made the transactions go smooth with her knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend Danica as a realtor.

Danica was our realtor for a recent estate sale. I would highly recommend her as a realtor - she was knowledgeable, thorough, took the time to explain things and was always available when we needed her. She was very helpful in enabling us to sell and has great collaboration and communication skills. I wouldn’t hesitate to retain her again or refer her to friends & family.
