Dani Kuhlmann was a fantastic realtor for us. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. When we needed contractors to repair items from the buyers inspection, she was on top of it. She kept us informed as sellers the entire way. And her resource for photos and the drone was top notch! Our place looked amazing. No wonder it sold in 3 days!! I would highly recommend her to any buyer or seller - she really knows the Colorado Springs market.
