I hope to never have to visit this pharmacy again. The older woman working there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in and clearly stated my name, but she came back asking if I was “Thi” (which is my middle name). Because I have a long name, sometimes insurance or banks mistakenly list my middle name as my first name.
