I have only lived in Summerville for two years but lucked up in finding this jeweler who is a master at his craft! In addition to being a real people person who offers great customer service, Bob provides exceptional knowledgeable service and he goes above and beyond in providing exactly what the customer requests! Highly , highly recommended!

I would never use anyone else for my jewelry. He is just as nice and personable as can be. In fact, I'm headed there tomorrow to have my wedding and engagement rings sized.

Bob London is a master at his craft ! He is also fast adm reasonable in his prices. I had taken my ring to Pollys jewelers on Rivers to have a small side stone replaced. They kept it for 2 weeks . They told me they had inspected the ring and all else was fine. A week later that same stone fell out. So I went back and had it replaced again. I have been going to Bobby London's Jeweler for over 25 years. He has always done a outstanding job on my jewelry. Like some many others say, his prices are fair and can't be beat anywhere in the low country. I noticed someone making a not so nice remark about Bobby, and it just makes me think this guy goes around complaining about things. That's probably why he didn't take his piece of jewelry back to where he purchased it, they didn't want to deal with him. My wife and I have been taking our business to Bob for many years. His work is exemplary and his prices are TOO reasonable. Seriously. I've told him over and over he doesn't charge enough for the work he does. He also does repair work for many of the local jewelry stores / jewelry counters in local department stores. Yeah..... he's that good!

If anyone is looking for a jewelry repair person, I would like for you to know that I have been using Bobby London for over 25+ years. I had used others before I meat Bobby, none of them does the quality work that he does. His prices are the fairest of anyone here in the LowCountry. Does not stand behind his work. When a question is raised, he insults you and tries to send you to "a guy he knows" to pay more money to fix it. A complete lack of customer service skills, and you can equate his craftsmanship to that as well.

Mr. London does quality work at a very affordable price. He does same day repair, no waiting two weeks like other jewelers. He also gives his honest opinion whether repair is necessary or not. Even though he is over 2 hours away from my home, it is well worth the drive to do business with someone who is honest and trustworthy.
