David V was fantastic. He took a look at our roof and gave a diagnosis of our problem as well as the next steps we should take. He didn't try to sell us a new roof and reassured us that we likely have at least another year before the roofing needs to be replaced. Highly recommend.
Recently David V. came to assess the condition of my roof. He took the time to explain the problems he found. The pictures he took were very helpful. As well, he answered all my questions in terms I understood. His professionalism was demonstrated both in his spoken words and behavior. True to his word, he returned (before the rain came) to lay a tarp over the extreme problem area. Greatly appreciate his honesty and his patience in giving me a complete understanding of the problems repairs & needed. Thank you.
