I had a great experience with Dr Dang. He was knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns while explaining everything in a clear and reassuring way. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the appointment never felt rushed. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the treatment plan. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent GI care.

The doctor and assistant were okay and helpful but for gosh sake , I have NEVER experienced this kind of unprofessional and rude service from one of the front desk before . She has the northern accent and would talk over you till the end of the call . No room for objection , period ! The lady would rush the call like why you don’t go this day or that day . Dr. Dang saved my father’s life on a Sunday. He performed an endoscopy to remove a clot in the common bile duct to release pus that was causing sepsis. My family is so grateful to Dr. Dang for the efficient and professional services he provided. He was very caring throughout my father’s stay at the hospital and followed up post op every day through him or his staff. Dr. Long Dang is a rockstar!

Terrible services! I had an appointment for colonoscopy at the beginning of July after the front desk took all my insurance information. Then near the appointment date, the staff called & rescheduled me to 7-21-25. After that I was told & I can’t have the colonoscopy that day, but just a visit. When I came they asked me to make a deposit of $200 because they haven’t yet verified my insurance. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE RATINGS BECOME COMING.
