I wanted to share my experience, as I've noticed the same pattern for both my interactions with that store. Identical services where I wanted two different watches to be resized over than span of 2 years. For the first one the pin dropped after the repair and the watch fall off my hand - I didn't think it was due him the first time. I was very happy with this place & recommended it as go-to place for battery replacement but I'm now disappointed in the quality of his work. I took almost all my watches there and 2 of them had batteries replaced on/about November 2023 - in April 2024 both watches died and when I went back he argued with me and I told him I'll write down the date he replaced the batteries. Had a watch resized and wow! Ok not a big deal but it was hard to find a place in Parkdale/Queen West area. After shopping around on a Saturday afternoon Dang's was the best choice for us. He was efficient and price was more than reasonable. We were in and out within 10 mins. Watch looks great! Thank you Dang 😊
