I wanted to share my experience, as I've noticed the same pattern for both my interactions with that store. Identical services where I wanted two different watches to be resized over than span of 2 years. For the first one the pin dropped after the repair and the watch fall off my hand - I didn't think it was due him the first time. Second time I went last week for a different watch - and the same thing happened where I dropped my watch while I was walking. So two instances same outcome it's not a coincidence.
