My family has had a very poor experience with Dr. Prabhjot Singh over the past two years. The office has repeatedly been difficult to reach, appointments are often unavailable, and promised callbacks frequently do not happen. The receptionist’s communication has also been unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite raising these concerns several times, there has been no improvement. There is one women work in reception she always cover the head, she works at morning times she is very rude, don’t know how to talk to people, and they are absolutely not clean
10/10 here always. Been going here since I was 12 to see Dr. Jindal and the rest of the team. Savi and the rest of the administration team are nothing short of amazing. Appreciate all the work you guys do, always feels like family.
