If you are the correct cultural background, your experience will be wonderful. If not - you won't be seen even if the clinic is empty. The receptionists hands were tied - it's the Doctor who's the racist - go elsewhere.
Recently visited Dr. Kashim's office for a consultation after hearing many good things about him. While the reception staff was fine, we were really disappointed with the doctor’s way of conversing. It was our first visit and I understand being straightforward is ok, rudeness to the patient cannot be tolerated. Why are we going to the doctor? To consult all the medical concerns right!! Personally don’t recommend coming to this clinic. I came in to book an appointment as I was having stomach issues, waited 3 hours to see a doctor who then wrote a referral for me to see a GI doctor. Before going to my GI appointment, I had called prior to ensure I was not waiting an unreasonable amount of time and the receptionist ensured my appointment was on the exact time, upon the day to see the GI doctor, I waited 5 HOURS in the waiting room and still was not able to see the doctor.
