I called to inquire as to whether the Dr. was taking new patients. I had to wait on hold for almost a half hour before finding out from the receptionist that the Dr. was not taking new patients and that the office was unsure about his availability for the rest of the year. They should make it clear in their automated message that there is no availability. Hopefully the practice is well managed otherwise. I can't say.
Wasted my time coming to this walk-in medical clinic that has been around for my 49 years. Sign above the door says walk-in clinic and then there is a piece of paper telling you there is no walk-in clinic in the building.
I felt welcome when I visited
Dr.Ramprasad presence came across very indifferent when dealing with both my parents through significant health issues - never taking any prophylactic measures or providing follow ups, suggestions or opinions. Just few referrals upon request. Overall, not a stellar family physician. The front desk/admin are extremely rude and it’s been very difficult to get a hold of anyone, have their phone answered or get an appointment. The office is also quite run down.
