Great customer service – I'd been to several stores already, with some displeasure. At d'Anelli, Sarah greeted me as soon as I came in (without an appointment), and spent time with me to help me choose the perfect dress within my budget. She showed me gorgeous dresses that I could afford, and never mentioned anything outside my price range. Jocelyn was fun to work with during my fittings, and my dress looked as if it had been made just for me.
What a great place to find your dream wedding dress and great cusomter service! I would reccoment this place to any bride looking for her dress!
Couldn't describe how special I felt!! – I was so excited when my boyfriend of 3 years proposed unexpectedly. The first week I was engaged I went dress shopping!! I was so surprised to see a low rating as I had a FABULOUS experience at D'Anneli's! I purchased my wedding dress and worked with Nichole - she was very accomodating and friendly!!! I brought my mom, sister and good friend to the shop - we discussed what style I was looking for and then had fun browswing and pulling dresses. We found 6-8 to try on and while a few were close, none were "the dress". We went back out to the floor to pull a few more similar styles and then I found "the one"! Wonerful – d'Anelli bridal is wonderful! The girls working were so warm and friendly, it made my experience so memorable!! Not only did I find the perfect wedding dress for myself with the caring and thoughtful help of a personal consultant, but I also found FABULOUS bridesmaids dresses for my girls!! d'Anelli was easy and flexible with girls who lived out of state and all the different sizes my girls were!! Needless to say, my wedding planning was made that much easier - d'Anelli bridal helped make it happen!!!!
Could not be happier – I just bought my wedding dress for D'Anneli and I could not be happier. I worked with Jessie and she was great. She really wanted to get to know me and my wedding style so she could help me choose a dress that would be perfect. I really could not have asked for a better experience.
