Overcharged and it took months of poor communication with staff. They charged my insurance company and then charged me so double dipped and because I made monthly payments, it was hard to catch. Watch your bills from them. Always a long wait even during the early morning appointments. Too many patients, not enough staff. Would go elsewhere but Dr. D bought out the only other orthodontist in town and my dentist doesn’t do braces.
Bedside manner is terrible. Dr Danel is condescending and made my daughter cry at an appointment. She’s not a crier in general but he shamed her for not having good enough hygiene with braces. I’m all for tough love. But not to the point where you make someone cry. I actually called him about it and he admitted he uses a tough love approach with some patients.
