Dr. Salazar deserves far more than 5 stars. After my grandmother endured three unsuccessful shoulder surgeries at another hospital, we knew something wasn’t right. I had my 2nd visit at this location. I saw about 3-4 staff members . Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly , cheerful & kind . Very impressed .
I had two surgeries done with him, one to insert metal plate on a broken clavicle, then ten months later to get it removed. Both of the surgeries went well. He always answer all my questions and concerns, and explain things clearly. Prior to him I visit two other ortho one in Northwestern hospital and the other at Rush, but I was not convinced with neither. Happy I made an appt. with Dr. Salazar, I believe he is a surgeon who is knowledgeable, transparent and kind. It’s hard to find a doctor like him now a days.
