Sure is sad NW is losing another good provider. I was so grateful to have found an ortho MD I could work with as I age and as I need repair. He did an excellent job with my THR. This is the second provider I have lost at NW in under a year and I’m getting tired of searching for new providers or just getting “whoever” because I need a provider. It’s one thing at an ER or urgent care but with long term health goals you need to establish a relationship with your provider and I do no think that is possible with Northwest here in... read more

Luckily Dr Barton was on call the night I displaced my patella. He was reassuring and informative. After surgery (on a Sunday!), he visited each day and patiently explained my prognosis. I was so impressed by his skill and bedside manner that I was intending to move all my ortho needs to him. Very disappointed that he is leaving Tucson and wish him great success in California.
