Excellent Service! In 10 minutes Kevin D’Andrea showed his skill and expertise. His attending assistant was also excellent. I would recommend This University of Connecticut trained doctor, every time! Besides, how often do you get to meet an internet, Tv star? Thank you for a nice experience.
First contact (the reception team) seemed naturally positive and committed to customer service. I felt comfortable from the start. The dental team of hygienist and doctor who worked with me as a patient made me also feel at home. They answered all my questions and provided up to date digital info about the situation of my teeth and professional suggestions for future care. I always have a good experience at my appointments but today was above expectations. It was an icy day and I was hesitant to walk across the parking lot however one of the dental techs was outside and saw me. She took my arm and walked me in. Then she checked me in and took my coat for me. That was so kind and so appreciated. Kara then had me go straight to the room for my cleaning after which Dr. Pantera and Alberto worked on my tooth. The staff are always friendly and professional and make the experience pleasant.
