How to improve flossing Kathy, the hygienist, was very helpful in demonstrating step by step the most effective way to floss. This will improve the health of my gums. Dr Pantara offered sound advice in protecting my teeth and mouth from acidic foods. I learned beneficial techniques and gained a better awareness of caring for my teeth !
