I will never take my Volkswagen anywhere else. This is a real mom and pop shop. They aren't trying to up-sell you on nonsense and they aren't soulless corporate bastards. It's just a husband and wife team making it happen and doing it the right way. The work is all done in a transparent and easy to understand fashion (if you ask Ken what he's doing). The billing is fair and the engagement with the customers is attentive if not borderline tailored.
