At first my starter went out i contacted them on Facebook late at night and got a reply to have my car towed there. Early the next day they already diagnosed the problem provided me several options and fixed it promptly. they now have my car a second time for a different issue i couldn’t afford to fix the first time around. Great customer service. Great work. Will probably never take my car anywhere else.
Professionalism at its finest, if you’re looking to take your Volkswagen or Audi here don’t even think to hesitate. Ken took in my Volkswagen to diagnose it and see if it needed a new motor or not and was super professional and spot on with any question I asked him. Thanks again Dandini’s and Ken for treating me like family and getting me taken care of!
I am a lifelong Volkswagen owner and lover. I recently moved to Columbus and I am grateful to have found Dandini's. Their customer service is exceptional and they are very knowledgeable about and experienced with Volkswagen vehicles. Keith and Bob have been very kind and generous to me to earn my trust and my business. I can't imagine taking my car to anyone else.
They're awesome people who provide great service, both car and customer wise. I moved hours away from Westerville for college, but my family and I still find a way to get my car here for work. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Dandini’s is there to help. Owning two Audi’s isn’t cheap sometimes but they make sure your taken care and after 2 years of using Dandini’s.... it’s like family. I even had to use an extended warranty (third party) for 5 figures worth of work and they were able to make it happen with almost no cost to me (thanks Felicia) The owner has even came to my house after hours and able to sit at our kitchen table and run diagnostics tests for no charge.
