Our initial inspection appointment was amazing! Went above and beyond for our new home. However, at our 3 month appointment, I felt like it was a little *less* thorough. There are some sort of “eggs” all over the exterior ceiling areas and it doesn’t appear that he actually did anything for them, even though it was mentioned. Been using Dandi Guaranty Pest Control for years and have always been very pleased with their service. Today however they went over and above as far as i am concerned. A couple of days ago I noticed i had some unwanted tenants (bats) move in on top of 2 outdoor porch ceilings speakers and needless to say the piles of poop and the possibility they were already in the house had me rather nervous. Robert was so helpful and NICE!
We have an annual service contract with them. They come out every 3 months to check things, as well as once a year for termite inspection. We called to have them come early this quarter due to web worm problem. They got here quickly and serviced the home and yard. Technicians are always very nice and helpful.
