This was my first time at DanceFit and Rachel was welcoming and energetic! I appreciated her music choices and professionalism when oscillating between in-person and virtual clients. You can tell she enjoys her job and wants everyone to feel included. Great first class! I intend on trying some other classes soon :)
I wish I had known about this place sooner! DanceFit’s vibes are amazing, the music is fire (I died when I heard new Bad Bunny), and Megan, the owner, is so welcoming and full of energy. I took a Zumba class, and I swear it was the fastest hour of my life. I was dripping sweat but having so much fun that I didn’t even notice how hard I was working. Honestly, I felt even better than after a ride on my spin bike! Can’t wait to come back!
Sophia provided a warm welcome to each participant. She is a rare combination of professionalism and friendly personality as she broke down intricate steps prior to the music starting. Throughout the class, her enthusiasm for ballet and dance was apparent and she encouraged all participants. I highly recommend this class if you love to dance, love ballet, and love music!
As this was my first class at DanceFit, Megan welcomed my friend and me as we walked into the studio. She provided easy to follow dance instructions at the beginning of each music selection and shared her enthusiasm for dance throughout the class. I thoroughly enjoyed myself as evidenced by buying more classes!
I've been coming here for about 2 years now. Megan, the owner, has created a fun filled, action packed fitness program! She has created a very welcoming atmosphere to exercise and dance away with wonderful choreography. I've taken a variety of classes as there's so much to choose from. Each instructor is energetic and enthusiastic about their classes. They all give their routine tips before starting their dance. I definitely feel great after each class.
