Dance Trance is the BEST workout because it’s super fun and high cardio! I’ve been attending for 6 years and will keep coming back. The instructors are great and the vibes are unmatched 🙌
The best cardio dance class in dc!! Routines are so fun, the cardio is great, and the community is lovely.
This dance cardio class and its wonderful community have been exactly what I've been looking for in DC. So grateful for the opportunity to dance to really fun music up to FOUR times a week! The instructors are kind and don't take anything too seriously. It is definitely a learning curve but as someone with no dance experience (except for Zumba classes) I have enjoyed picking up choreo over time and having an outlet to just dance and move. So glad to have found this!
Great workout, even better community. A little tougher than Zumba but pretty easy to pick up the rhythms. Great playlists.
