Costumer friendly business , Management engages directly with costumer
They're prices constantly change. Essentially they charge whatever they feel like charging that day. I've spent anywhere between $145 and $207 for an oil change on the same bike. Also I asked for an appraisal while my bike was in for service. I called on a Saturday and the guy said he didn't feel like doing it and that I should call back Monday to remind him. Don't expect any help on a Saturday.
Matt and Frank in sales were as good as it gets. I was treated like a friend from the second i walked in and they did everything in their power to get me on the bike i was looking for. After dealing with a dealer just down the street that was absolutely awful it was nice to have people pushing to get me on the bike. Thank you guys so much!
Danbury Powersports is absolutely great when I call they help me with everything and hook me up with all my parts my man Tony is a real great guy always helping me with my bikes so make sure to go there and ask for tony
I had a great experience at Danbury Powersports. I drove all the way from new london,CT just to come buy a motorcycle from frank the owner / Matt the sales guy both of them were so nice and helped me the whole step of the way from picking out a helmet an a jacket .this is the customer service you want when your buying something like a motorcycle or a car. BEST SHOP IN CT BY FAR, always do great work, fair prices, awesome people, never once let me down, always there for all of my motorcycle needs, wouldn't bring my bikes to any other place, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
