Shawna was an awesome realtor to work with, last year when I moved back to Ohio. I needed to take my time and decide where I wanted to settle down and she was very patient and worked with me throughout the area. Shawna was there from the beginning to the very end of signing the deal, I couldn’t ask for a better realtor. She was great. I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone.
Shawna was the best! First time buyer here! After months of looking finally found a house. And let me tell you the sellers realtor or whatever he was...was not an easy person to deal with..but she handled him like a champ..If you want someone to fight FOR YOU I highly recommend her...shes also very empathetic as I was also dealing with my sister who is not mentally stable...10/10 the best ty Shawna
Shawna is absolutely exceptional and the greatest realtor we could have ever asked for after a referral. She was extremely patient and quick to answer any and all questions we had. We were approved for a USDA loan and although it was a grueling process with many hiccups, she patiently handled everything on her end. She went above and beyond with everything and anything we needed and asked for. If you’re looking at these reviews, don’t bother looking at others because you’ll miss out if you don’t use her.
