Danan was a great partner on a fairly complex triplex transaction. We navigated several moving pieces (including oil tank concerns, estate dynamics, and tight timelines) and he remained responsive, solution-oriented, and collaborative throughout. He advocated for his client while still working constructively toward a deal that made sense for both sides. I’d absolutely welcome the opportunity to work together again.

Danan is an excellent person who works hard in getting good house to his clients. He supported the search for my new home in 2020 and another one in March 2026. It was difficult task due to the hard market conditions, but, he always showed an excellent service at all times. He never despair or give up in the search of the house suitable for my family.
