Stay away from this place. I don't usually leave negative reviews but these guys deserve to have a real review shared about their services. I took my corvette for them to program my radio system and told them exactly what needed to be done, Edgar or whatever his name was, gave me a price of $375 but told me they would need $250 as a payment to start procedure, and it would be included in the $375. However, after a week of waiting it turns out that $250 is a diagnostic fee, and they expect me to pay additional $375 on top of ... read more
I am very grateful to Edgar and everyone at Danahe Auto Rebuilders for their work on my 2011 4Runner. I was impressed with their attention to detail doing full diagnostics, taking photos of each part and sending me the report to talk through and explain what needed to be done step by step so I can understand. The pricing was very transparent, they were more than professional and my car is driving beautifully now.
Danahe Auto is an excellent family business! The dad has a degree in electrical engineering, and he diagnosed the exact problem with my Ford Transit using high-tech diagnostic equipment that produced a two-page report that they emailed me. I would have spent double what I did if I had taken it to a dealership. Not only did they fix my Ford Transit the same day I brought it in, but as a free bonus, they fixed the driver's door so I didn't have to keep slamming it shut. I don’t leave reviews often, but these guys honestly earned one. My car has been one headache after another, and after dealing with shops that either couldn’t figure it out, wanted to throw parts at it, or just wanted to take my money without doing anything, I ended up finding Edgar, his dad, and the team at Danahe.
