I am so happy that I found this office. The entire staff is so kind and friendly, and they do wonderful work. I always feel that my appointment is very important to them, and they do such thorough and careful work in everything they do. I had a cleaning and a zoom whitening from Dana Samet's dental office spread about 3 months apart. The cleaning and the whitening procedure both came with specially molded whitening trays for you to take home, needless to say I only needed one set. Angelica, who works at the front desk, is very organized and accommodating when scheduling appointment times, especially for someone like myself, who has a rigorous work schedule and not very flexible hours. Staff very knowledgeable and readily offers help for better outcomes. This office is not just going through the motions, they are focused on you. In the background they are dealing with work issues and not sneaking cellphone time for personal use, or gossiping about non professional topics. They are efficient and handling many patients at once without error. Had to have implant and the surgeon comes to this office so you are not traveling to another strange office. Dr. Samet is a wonderful dentist and will not rest until your dental situations are resolved. She clearly loves her patients. For example, I have had dental emergencies on weekends, for which she cheerfully came into the office to relieve my problem. Her ability to work magic with cosmetic procedures along with functional dentistry, proves her to be gifted. You should not let another dentist touch you, without first visiting Dr. Samet. She and her excellent staff deliver the best.
