We did not have a great experience with Dana selling our home, which is very sad because I have known Dana personally about 10 years. It did eventually close but not without lots of issues related to not properly qualifying our buyers who had serious lending issues and had to switch lenders, I was constantly having to ask what was happening but an email was always "left in her drafts."
