The whole staff is friendly and helpful and does their best to make it a pleasant experience.
This is a real hassle to require people to fill this space out. I would delete that requirement

The hygienist did an excellent job, receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating.
Dr. Lewis is a great dentist. She is up to date on the latest practices but doesn't recommend unnecessary treatment. We have been going to her for years and love her and everyone in her office.
