So disappointed with the customer service. This would be the second year my family (10 month old baby, husband and mom)and I chose this hotel to stay In and we were completely shocked with how rudely we were treated. I discouraged friends to stay due to the uncaring nature of this hotel staff and even”manager” time and money wasted.. next year we are definitely looking elsewhere to stay! Brides.. and MOMS BEWARE !!!

RecommendedOverall the experience has been great with a few exceptions. The gift shop employee is horrible and thinks you are putting her out by looking through sizes of shirts and inconveniencing her! I will bring my business to Mission Beach shops! Also, the managers decide daily on specials and change what you were told. Frustrating. Other than that great for families and pets. Not for couples so much.
RecommendedWhat a great place to stay and chill out on the bay. Relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable. Everytime I go I have a wonderful time!
