Trying to make appointment, you always on hold for two hours finally hung up.
Rudest physician I have ever dealt with. My wife had a left shoulder injury, that sent her to the emergency room on 3 separate occasions. He did not want to listen to us. We had to practically beg him to order an MRI. His solution. Just move your arm. Super rude.
Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. Using mail order pharmacy, and then being told next day that the insurance card I provided is not accepted. So now another day without needed meds. The lady during check-in was rude and treated me like I was wasting her time. The Doctor was very condescending when I asked questions about my treatment and then when trying to leave at checkout, I had to wait several minutes while the girl was on her personal phone updating her Facebook status...
