I used google and went by the reviews & years of experience to find a real-estate agent. I was moving from another state. Dana's assistant Morocco helped us look for a home and was patient with us. We never met Dana in person. I talked to her same day of my closing and she said she will meet me there. She never showed up to my closing. Her negotiation skills failed because the seller didn't bulge at any of her requests to replace any of the old systems.
