Dr. Donaldson is the reason my baby boy is doing so well today. She was the one who determined he needed emergency brain surgery, and I truly believe she saved his life. I am forever grateful to Dr. Donaldson and her team, and of course the neurosurgery team at Riley! The staff is fantastic with my son, and we will continue to go here.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Donaldson for 4 years for chronic corneal abrasions. Over these 4 years I’ve missed many days of school and work, been in severe pain and incapacitated by the tears I was getting. Over the 4 years I saw her she never had any answer for me on what was wrong with my eye, and her best solution was to use systane eye ointment and take fish oil pills every night. Dr. Dana Donaldson is a wonderful pediatric optometrist! My daughter loves seeing her and has been a patient since she was 1 year old; she is now nearly 3 years old and we have made progress in her vision. I've been impressed with Dr. Dana's kindness, expertise, and ability to interact with young patients so well. The only complaint I have is the extremely long wait times (months out) if an appointment needs rescheduled, but that is obviously not the doctor's fault at all.

Office staff were friendly and approachable. Dr. Donaldson is AMAZING, she definitely found her calling. I truly appreciate her patience and knowledge with my child’s concern.
