Dr Bachtell has been my physician for over 20 years.in all that time I have never had a complaint about the care I have received from her. Two years ago I had open heart surgery followed up several months llater by kidney surgery. In both cases she and her staff contacted me several times.if I had not been happy with her I never stuck with her Dr Bachtell cares.
She always takes her time with you and make you feel that she is generally concerned with your health and well being

Dr. Bachtell is always warm and light, yet explains all conditions with a great deal of expertise and directness. Regardless of the situation, she sees me promptly, whether last minute notice or scheduled visit. Amidst the Covid19 crisis, she saw me just yesterday with no notice, her face shield donned and ready to go - wasn’t sure if she was going to examine me or start welding something! Dr. Dana Bachtell is an excellent doctor. You do not have to wait a long time before being called. Dr. Dana is very professional and takes the time to listen to you and answer all questions and concerns one my have. I have referred others to her and they to have referred their family and friend to her as well. We all agree she is outstanding at her profession. Dr. Dana really care about her patients health and well-being. Dr. Dana and her team exemplify excellence.
I’m a new patient and I originally requested to see another doctor who was not available on the day I chose. I must say that I am very happy that Dr. Bachtell was available. She was so patient, kind and thorough. I believe that I have found my new doctor.
