I had the very good fortune of being introduced to Dana recently…WOW, what a superstar real estate professional she is! I was referred to her by a local banker to finance construction on a home she intended to list for sale once construction was completed, but only after a MASSIVE amount of work on her part! I had a great experience working with Dana on the renovation and sale of my mom’s home. It was a large project with a lot of moving parts, and she managed the entire process from start to finish. Her ability to oversee the construction, make smart decisions throughout the project, and ultimately position the home for the market made a huge difference. I had the best experience working with Dana!!! She is so knowledgeable about the market and trends. She patiently worked with me for a year as I narrowed down areas to look that worked for my budget. She walked me through contracts, looking over areas to consider such as pros and cons of solar options and what upgrades add to overall value and those to avoid. I recommend Dana without hesitation due to her knowledge, integrity and experience!!!
