I'm not sure I understand all the comments about never being able to get in or being rescheduled. I have only been with this office since November but I've had 5 visits in 5 months without any issue. I've seen Mina, Emily, and they even asked Dr. Jacques to step in today to assist during her busy schedule and she was so very kind in explaining everything to me and why we needed to come up with a different plan. Sure the doctor is great at what she does, if you don’t value your time. Unacceptable to routinely and blatantly waste patients time
Best of the best. The staff is amazing. Whitney has gone above and beyond. Dr. Jaques is the most empathetic, knowledgeable, professional I have ever encountered. I've been going to her for over 12 years. Grateful for her.
My initial appointment with Stephanie Honda was the only pleasant part of my experience interacting with this office. I had to wait almost a month to see Dr.Jacques, after seeing Stephanie first because the doctor was booking so far out, and finally came in for my appointment to be told after waiting for nearly 30 minutes that the doctor was running behind and I wouldn’t be seen for over an hour.
