I have been coming since 7/25 I have CML and I have had many appointments and the whole staff are nothing but pleasant, you may get one person who is having a bad day. Be kind
My daughter ended up dying due to a doctor's neglect of a follow up treatment by one the the doctors there. One and done. Wouldn't return repeated phone calls by nurses. The cancer ended up spreading which could have been prevented.
They refused me treatment because I was with my 6 year old son. It’s summer time, and baby sitting is ridiculously hard to find during this time. Now i have to wait weeks for another appointment. I will never be coming back here and I will report this.
My mother was sent here for treatment. It’s a nice location and great nurses, but the lack of communication between them and her other treatments was nonexistent. She even got a port put in and when she went to get her treatment she was told it was bad and she needed to go my the emergency room to get it fixed, after waiting 8 hours she was told it was fine. This is not how a cancer patient should have been treated.
