Dana Elise Solutions has changed my life in the most profound way possible. I have struggled with facial hair on my face for years and felt very dysmorphic with the growth. Here they are not only professional, but the staff is kind and cares about you as a person. I am always seen as myself with the correct pronouns and feel very safe. I have been a loyal, paying customer for three years, but I can no longer tolerate the consistently rude and dismissive attitude of the front-desk receptionist, Gayle. Whether over the phone or in person, her impatience and lack of professionalism in handling basic inquiries are unacceptable.
