Dana downs provides a great living experience!
Brown recluses! Staff is very friendly but not only did I see brown recluses i was bit by them. Maintenance request a year ago was not treated. Then beginning of this year bit again so moved out. They wanted me to catch one and show them to treat the place. Stove wiring caught fire and our smoke alarms did not work. If you move here, check your smoke alarms.

I really enjoy living at this apartment complex! The location is perfect and makes it easy to get around. The apartments are well-kept, and the environment is peaceful and comfortable. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I feel safe here, and it’s been a great place to call home. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice, convenient place to live!
