My mother passed away from stage 4 cancer and we had no clue it had progressed. We tried for months to call (on hold for hours at a time, left messaged) and get answers but no one return our calls. I took her to emergency and she never left, even while in the hospital the staff could not get the her status and she passed 4 days later confused, not knowing her cancer never left. One phone call to let us know her status could have giving our family time to say goodbye, no family should be treated like thar.
Dr. Chase is wonderful.
When I scheduled a second appointment to ask Dr. Chase additional questions prior to a scheduled surgery, she not only got my medical records wrong (saying I was HPV positive when in fact I was negative), but she treated my legitimate concerns like they were bogus. She was dismissive and she acted like I was a conspiracy-theorist when I was simply asking how the surgery would impact my future intimate life with my spouse.

No, I would not recommend her at all. Such a disappointment. I felt like just a number she didn’t care about, including all the complications from surgery that she had a part in creating, and that still continues today. I am still not healed and yet she has no interest in seeing that I am. It’s been months since the surgery and I should be healed by now. At my last visit with her - she had SOMEBODY ELSE do the exam.
