Dana was very professional. Went above and beyond at every turn. No matter if it was late nights or early morning. If it needed dealt with she was on top of everything. If we buy or sell in the future she would be our only choice. There’s realtors out there everywhere. But then there is Dana Beck!
Dana helped us find our forever home! She was patient and helped us over months looking at numerous houses. She was always offering to help however she could.
Dana helped my wife and I secure our second home. We both are very specific about what we want and we were looking at a brand new build home by gem craft. There were still several issues in reference to punch out items that they needed to take care of and some places where there were unintentional damage during the building process. Dana was an awesome realtor! She was highly communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, not to mention an overall likeable person. This is definitely an asset when working with the various stakeholders in the homebuying process (lender, seller realtor, addendum services) She maintained professionalism and consistently took initiative in helping to move us forward to closing. I definitely recommend. ☺️
Dana was AMAZING! Since we were first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, and didn't always know what to do. She helped us right from the start, and guided us through every step of our 3 month process. She was always quick to respond, and answered every question we had. She also recommended the correct inspections for our house, and what utilities companies to contact.
