Poor service all the away around
There was nothing wrong with my door panel in my car when I took it to them, they were suppose to replace my door handle and now my door panel won't stay together. When I went back to have them look at it they took me they didn't do that and I would have to pay for a new panel or glue it back together. What a way to stand behind your product and your customers
I thought that the dealership was great. They provide service to their customers and show a concern for them. I was especially impressed by their service department. In all my dealings with them, I found them to provide the quality of service that allows customers to feel confident in their vehicle and it's operation.

As Laurie's friend's all know, her father, Don Dennis, sold cars at Dan Young in Tipton for many many years. We are grateful for them allowing him to continue to sell cars there as his health began to fail. For that reason, we return there to shop for cars. Big shout-out to our good friend Joe Cottingham for hooking us up with this exceptional ride. It's a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox Premier. Drives great!
