My experience with Dan Wilder Trailers was very disappointing. I purchased an enclosed trailer for $5,000 and paid a total of $5,350, which I was told included taxes. It then took weeks to receive the title because, according to what I was told, the trailer had been repossessed and the title was not even in Dan Wilder Trailers' name. Eventually, I received a title that had finally been transferred into their name, and I had to handle the registration myself. Very rude, was trying to figure out what the best trailer I can get for my needs is, but all I got was insults to my intelligence l.
After my 1st purchase 20 years ago I have had always great service. I lost count of all my purchases, but many many. Anyone who knows Dan or Ed knows they are the best. As for the Karen's on here...Well it takes all types to make the world go round. Thank you guys for the great service...
Made a reservation a week in advance to pick up a trailer. Has to call 3x to confirm. Day of said it would be 12-1. Then 2:30 then no one showed. Owner didn’t have any idea where it was. Shop guy sounded like he was drunk. Don’t use them. Not reliable
