Had poor experience with the gray haired women at reception desk even though we had been going there for a very long time, she was very unkind. It’s also off-putting how they constantly whisper behind the front desk as you’re sitting in the waiting room.
Has been working on my husband and I for over 12 years. Very nice and knowledgeable.
