He seemed like a great person, and I wanted so badly to give him a great review; however, he failed to connect all the ducts. When I protested, then he said that he had inspected them, and that they were connected. When I insisted that he return and check the duct in question, then he stated that they were not all connected, and that it was the fault of the people he hired. We hired Dan the Duct Man to inspect our townhome in North Charleston. He never showed up. When we asked him why not, he explained that he wanted payment in advance. We said we were happy to pay, but we needed an invoice, bill or some type of paperwork. We also asked Dan how he would inspect the ducting (i.e. with a camera, or visually, or something else). Dan the Duct Man and his team are Awesome! They worked with me on the schedule and worked to meet my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC duct work! Way to Go! And thanks for taking care of me and the family!
