We hired Dan the Duct Man to inspect our townhome in North Charleston. He never showed up. When we asked him why not, he explained that he wanted payment in advance. We said we were happy to pay, but we needed an invoice, bill or some type of paperwork. We also asked Dan how he would inspect the ducting (i.e. with a camera, or visually, or something else).
