They are so kind! Helped me fix my simple issue over the phone...so awesome!
I had a different company come out and replace the cables on my garage door. The very next day my door broke again. I called back the other company who wanted to charge me just come out and look at it. I decided to call a different company, so I called Dan the Doorman my father used them for years. There guy arrived on time and was quick to fix the problem, there was a bearing bad in the shaft plate. They charged me less then the other guy who must have missed this the day before.
