The warmest and most compassionate doctor I have ever seen and also very efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr.Dan Carpiuc was wonderful and took care of all my needs! He is the best doctor in San Diego, I highly recommend this doctor!!!!
Dr. Carpuic and Kaiser refuse to complete paperwork for seniors moving into Assisted Living communities. This is putting seniors' safety, health and well-being at risk. Other non-Kaiser doctors complete this paperwork quickly and accurately, because they care about their patients. Kaiser also does not allow for mobile physicians for those who may benefit from not leaving home for a doctor's visit.
Excellent care both times I've seen the Dr. and visited this facility. Hope I can have Dr Carpiuc as my physician for years to come.
