The bottom line, I don’t write reviews. However, Dapper Dan’s work compelled this review, especially as I come to appreciate customer service more and more today. Dapper Dan, “Dan” is a 15 out of 10! Dan was great to work with when buying our first home. He was patient with our questions, knowledgeable of the process, and honest with his assessment of various listings. Dan’s background came in handy since he has a deep understanding of construction and building requirements. Dan Scogin is one of those rare individuals who genuinely cares about everyone he works with. I was selling my Colorado home from out of state, and Dan went out of his way to help me find a roofer, a general contractor for repairs, he worked with my HOA, and rental property managers (the list goes on).
